Scott and Sandy, co-authors of ‘The Country Fair: Oregon’s Alternative Celebration’ is the first photo book of the fair. It includes images by Scott Blackman, as well as, long time and well known fair photographers Paxton Hoag, Ann Goddard, Jeff Ouderkirk, and Brad Yazzolino. The images cover the fair from it’s first year in 1969 ending in 2017. The book was published in 2018 a couple of months before Scott Blackman died. The book was Scott’s “pet project” and photographing the fair was the highlight of his summer. With this in mind Sandy has decided to honor Scott by selling the books at a deep discount. There is a limited amount of books and there are no plans to print anymore.
